🌟 MEET OUR MASTERING DIVERSITY AMBASSADOR 🌟

Some journeys deserve to be celebrated.

In 2025, Ammar Akhtar stood on the Mastering Diversity Awards stage as a recipient of a Meritorious Award for Excellence in Diversity in Business.

Today, he returns as a Mastering Diversity Ambassador and sponsor of our *
2026 Community Champion Award.

That is the power of ecosystem. 💜🧡

Ammar is the Founder & CEO of Finalrentals, a Welsh-founded global mobility platform operating across more than 65 countries and 225 locations worldwide.

For over 17 years, he has championed innovation, entrepreneurship and opportunity, helping independent businesses compete on the global stage through technology, partnerships and vision.

His belief is simple:

✨ Talent is universal.
✨ Ambition is universal.
✨ Opportunity should be too.

As an incumbent TEDx Speaker, entrepreneur and global business leader, Ammar continues to advocate for more inclusive entrepreneurial ecosystems where founders can thrive regardless of geography, background or circumstance.

What we admire most is that he hasn't simply achieved success.

He has chosen to come back and create opportunities for others.

Award Winner ➡️ Sponsor ➡️ Ambassador

That is leadership.
That is legacy.
That is community.

Please join us in welcoming Ammar to the Mastering Diversity family of Ambassadors.

Because diversity isn't a department.
It's how we build stronger communities, stronger organisations and a stronger society.

🇺🇳 From Geneva… to moments that stay with you.

This first highlights reel from the Global Empowerment & Inclusion Summit 2026 captures powerful moments from Jamie, Dara, Corina, Elaine and voices from across the Summit as we explored equity, leadership, empowerment and inclusion.

Different stories.
Different sectors.
Different perspectives.

One shared belief:

The future belongs to collaboration.

What happened in Geneva cannot stay in Geneva.

These conversations must travel.
They must influence.
They must become action.

And now the journey continues home to Wales.

Before the speeches. Before the applause. Before the doors opened.

There was excitement.
There were nerves.
There were conversations in corridors, coffee moments, new introductions and a shared feeling that something powerful was about to begin.

The Global Empowerment and inclusion Summit conceptualised by our Founder Bernie Davies in her capacity of Patron of convening organisation Group in knowledge partnership with us. Grateful to and Samuel

From the UK, USA, Australia to Brazil, South Africa and beyond, people gathered in Geneva carrying stories, ideas and one shared purpose: reimagining equity, empowerment and intergenerational collaboration.

Watching these moments back now feels special — because movements often begin quietly.

A conversation.
A connection.
A shared purpose.

Then suddenly… momentum.

And the journey continues.

As I head back home to Wales today, I’m reminded that these conversations do not stay in Geneva. They travel. They grow. They continue.

Some partnerships don’t just last—
they grow roots.

From day one, NatWest has stood alongside Mastering Diversity.

Not once.
Not occasionally.
Every year since inception.

That kind of consistency tells a story.

Through this partnership, NatWest continues to:
✔ Strengthen internal culture
✔ Deepen community connection
✔ Align purpose with action

A special thank you to Nathan Martin, sharing why this partnership continues to matter—and why they keep coming back.

🎥 Watch. Listen. This is what sustained partnership looks like.

Because impact isn’t built in moments—
it’s built in commitment.
