The Violets and some of the older Buttercups went for a lovely walk this morning

We walked around the bay and looked for ducks and boats 🚤🛥️⛵🦆🪿🦢
We stopped at the Norwegian Church ⛪
Before heading to the park for a run around 🛝🎡
The children enjoyed their windy walk 🍂🍃💜

Due to the success of last year we will once again be doing a sponsored Reindeer Run in aid of City Hospice. They are a brilliant charity who really help and support families during the worst of times 🦌💚

All children will have a sponsorship form come home with them, all sponsor money can be brought into nursery and taken to the charity

The Reindeer Run will take place on Thursday 18th December, however we will do activities through the week for children who are not in on Thursdays

We will be taking part in Save the Children's Christmas Jumper day on Thursday 11th December

All children are welcome to join in 🎄🎅

This morning our Sunflowers went for a walk around our local area and visited the memorial statue to mark Remembrance Day. When we returned to the nursery, we watched a short, child-friendly video explaining why Remembrance Day is important, and then took part in a one-minute silence. 🌻
