Performers are asked to arrive at 1:30pm and find us as the shine stall. Please wear your shine t shirt and black leggings or shorts in this heat!!

Act, dance, sing, shine!

Next year our MINI Stars and sunshine groups (Reception to Year 6) have their own show! Join us in September to take part in the exciting musical, Disney’s Aladdin jr.

This show will be performed at Don’t miss out on some magical surprises!

If your child is interested in this show, there will be an audition preparation workshop for sunshine group in school years 4-6 on Tuesday 2nd September at Old Church Rooms, Radyr. Auditions start on Tuesday 15th September.

Shine Theatre school Members in Year 7 can choose whether to audition for Disney’s Aladdin jr or our senior show, Legally Blonde jr.

Every show we ask for parent chaperones to assist backstage with the children and young people. It is manic - but fun! and gives a real insight into what goes in behind the scenes to bring the performances to life! It is always so lovely to hear from parents that they've enjoyed being a vital part of the magic!!

If you’re enjoying the touring production of Legally Blonde at WMC, make sure you know about shine Theatre school’s production of Legally Blonde jr next year!

There will be an audition workshop on Tuesday 8th September for anyone interested in the production, roles, songs, dances and audition tips.

Auditions start from 15th September at the Old Church Rooms, Radyr for young people in school Year 7 to 6th form.

We are excited for our summer showcase Sparkle and shine. Our members have been working hard on dances and so many individuals get the opportunity for their dance skills to be showcased. Styles range from musical theatre (of course), to hip hop, to pop, to jazz, a little tap dance, a dash of can can and even a routine with umbrellas!
You’re in for a treat! 🪩

In September a large number of our MINI Stars in Years 3 and 4 are graduating to sunshine group for next years show, Aladdin! We are really excited for them

And it means we have a lot of places available in our Monday group from September. Tell your friends!
