Creative Arts Circle Every 2nd Thursday of the month we gather for creative play, storytelling, drumming, meditation and mindful self-development. Creative Arts Mind, Cardiff

Celebrate Spring Equinox with us at our studios Creative Art Mind.

We are hosting an indoor alchemical, shamanic circle. Join us for an evening of voice, sound and movement. We will be creating an indoor fire ritual (with lots of candles!), we will welcome the elements, sing chants, play drums, dance, move and raise positive energy.

We are creating an opportunity to bring together a community of people want to journey together through drum, movement, candles and chant. Bring some snacks to share for afterwards if you like.

(from 9 pm ish, the circle ends and for those who want to stay – we share food and stories)

• What to bring
OPTIONAL – a small percussion instrument or drum, some vegetarian snacks to share and/or some juice. We have a selection of drums, rattles and shakers to share. We have blankets and cushions

• Important to know
We ask for a sliding donation into our magic hat of £4 – £10 to help towards us putting on this event and towards the heating and running the building.

You do not have to have any experience of alchemical circles, chanting or drumming. We ask just bring yourself, your good intentions and an open mind.

This is a evening of celebrating Spring and the raising of positive intentions. We share chants and drum. Myself and Mario lead the night. We are experienced in creating safe environments for people.
