Heavy bag round
Just got back into a bit of bag work, it's always good to film your training to reflect back on afterwards. Footwork needs working on and a few accuracy issues but will look out for these next time. Other than that feeling light on my feet, quick and powerful especially the right hook😁🤛👊🤜
