🎸 Amp Heads – Adult Beginners Band 🎸

Last night we had our third monthly rehearsal, and it was a blast! We’ve just added an Oasis track to our set list, and despite having plenty of beginners in the room, everyone brought 100% energy. By the end of the night, the songs were sounding tight and full of life!

If you’ve ever wanted to play in a band but didn’t know where to start, Amp Heads is the place for you.

Our first ever session was a blast – nerves quickly turned into excitement as our new band of beginner musicians got stuck in and made some serious noise together.

In just one evening, we learned an entire song, and everyone absolutely flourished. The energy, progress, and good vibes in the room were something special.

It’s been a while… Business is currently booming so I haven’t had the opportunity to post here as often as I’d like. However, I was desperate to share this exciting new opportunity for any adult musicians who have dreamed of playing in a band. Read below!

Have you always wanted to play in a band but didn’t know where to start? ‘Amp Heads’ is a brand-new adult-only group for beginner musicians who want to experience the buzz of playing together in a fun, supportive environment.

We’ll cover basic band skills, jam through a short set, and even work toward performing live! No pressure, just great music and good vibes.

First session: Thursday 15th May
Time: 6:30–8:30pm
Location: Only Drums Aloud Studios (off Newport Road, Cardiff)
Cost: £35 for 2 hours – intro session just £17.50!
How often? Once a month – easy, flexible, and fun.
