Good afternoon all 👋🏻
As there are parents evenings taking place this week, the school have asked us to be there to introduce ourselves and meet some of the parents.
Laura will be there tomorrow from 3.30-5, and I will be there Wednesday for around the same time (sorry we couldn’t get anyone there on Tuesday).
Please come and say hello so you can put faces to names, give us suggestions of events you may like to see the school run and ask us what we have planned for the coming year!
We’d also love it if you would put your name and number down for future help- please don’t run away at the mention of this!! We are not asking you to commit to every pta meeting (or any for that matter), to help at every event through the year or to give us whole days of your time. We simply want to build a bank of people that we can ask to help at a stall for one hour perhaps, or to help wrap hampers etc.
We promise not to bombard you or ask you directly, just put feelers out to see who can be available some times as we cannot do it with the small numbers we have right now! Every body helps and the more people we have, the less time people have to commit to longer stretches 😊

I just wanted to pop on and say hello and introduce your new co chairs of the PTA for Jubilee Park Primary. Myself, Sarah and Laura are really excited to be the new faces of the PTA and hope we can continue the great work that has been undertaken by Fiona and her crew for the last 6 years!
Our first major event of the school year is the Christmas fayre and we’re already getting things together slowly, to hopefully, have a successful first event 🤞🏻 with that in mind, we hope we can call upon many of you to help out with volunteering, donating, decorating, setting up, baking and all the other tasks that I’m sure will come to mind when the three of us are in a frenzy trying to put it all together! After all, we all want what’s best for the school and if we all pull together to help out, I’m sure we can achieve some pretty amazing things for our children to gain in their primary school experience.

If anyone would like to become a volunteer in any shape or form, or to just put their name down to be contacted on the off chance they’ll be available to give a hand at some point, please message one of us or give us a wave here so we can build a bank of support 🤞🏻

The PTA are hoping for some donations for our stalls for Party in the Park next Wednesday 🥰 if you could bring along an item (or more if you want) then it would be really appreciated 🌟
Check your class to see if you should bring a bottle or an item to make a hamper.

PTA Kings Coronation ordering 👑

The portal has now opened and you should have a text/ email with a link to order (if you haven’t pop me a message and we can send you your child’s link) you only have until the 9th April to put your order in!
The artwork will then be processed and sent to school for after Easter!

Jubilee Park PTA have made a selected amount of Valentines sweet cones available on ParentPay for £1.50 each, until Friday the 10th Feb.
They will be bagged up and come home with the children that have ordered on Monday 13th Feb.
