At Little Cherubs Day Care Nursery we provide a fifty-three place, full day care nursery.
We provide places for girls and boys from 6 weeks to five years of age. We are staffed with full/part time workers who are qualified or are working towards an NVQ 3. At Little Cherubs day care nursery Cardiff we feel that the children's care should promote security, self-esteem and develop warm and positive relationships. In partnership with the parents and the children we aim to create a nurturing, relaxed and friendly environment in which the children in our care feel safe and secure.

Today we celebrated the Queens Platinum Jubilee!
We have been doing lots of fun patriotic activities all week, we hope you have all enjoyed the crafts your children have been bringing home!
We had a big party in the garden this afternoon with lots of yummy pizza and party games!
The children have each decorated a special jubilee biscuit too - lets hope they share!
Congratulations to the Queen with 70 years on the throne!

Happy 7 year anniversary to our lovely Tanita! ❤️
Tanita has been in the Little Cherubs family for 7 years this week!
I’m sure you can all agree on what a great job she has done in that time.
She has made such a difference to all our little cherubs past and present.
She formed strong relationships with other staff members, the children and our parents!
I am sure you can all agree she is a much valued team member, and we are lucky to have her ❤️

We love our new outdoor classroom in the sensory garden. We’ve already enjoyed story time outside ⭐️ Now just to kit it out with a few accessories and we are ready to go.😄

Massive congratulations to Tanita for receiving the employee of the year vote as voted for by parents on our wish tree in December. A huge well done to all staff at the nursery for all getting votes for their hard work ⭐️ I am sure you will agree 2021 was a testing year again and the care, commitment and stability the staff have provided has been second to none❤️

The toy workshop is going to be lots of fun this afternoon in the pre-school room. A chance to practice fine motor skills with wrapping presents and role playing being busy elves! 🎁

The elf has come to play at nursery today!! The Dragonflies group were not sure what to make of him 😊. They also enjoyed decorating their role play tree ⭐️. Lots of Christmas fun going on this week at nursery ❤️

The children enjoyed lots of poppy themed activities today!
The dragonflies and butterflies enjoyed a lovely rice tuff tray, hand printing poppies and making poppies out of egg cups!
The ladybirds made lovely poppy paper plates, and the Catapillars each painted rocks in remembrance!
Fun was had by all, Dai Iawn Little cherubs ⭐️
