It’s Monday…. A fresh week a fresh start…. I’m feeling slightly better and like I’m finally over the worst.

Started the day getting my nails done and now working from a coffee shop with the sun coming in through the window ☀️

As I advise all my clients, nothing changes if nothing changes! it’s time for me to take more care of myself and not fill each day to the brim….

We had the most amazing day Friday at our retreat more to follow on that, for today one step at a time hope you all have a wonderful week 🫶

So it’s been 9 days since I’ve posted as I’ve been unwell! Probably the longest I’ve ever not posted!

I’m still not 100% however today is our ‘Retreat Eve’ tomorrow we get to welcome 50 amazing women for a day all about them!

It’s one of my favourite days of the year and I’m very excited, each year we get different ripples and outcomes and impact from the day and they always blow us away! Watch this space for all that is to come as ‘Together We Rise’ 💃🫶

Woman down 😩

Having felt cold & fluey since Thurs afternoon, resting all weekend and still not feeling any better, I took myself off to the GP…. She said it’s viral, all my obvs are fine and to not speak (I’ve got no voice) and rest…..

Easier said & done when you’re self employed! For the first time ever I had to reschedule clients today 😳 they were very lovely however I find this very uncomfortable, I don’t like being ill or letting people down.
