You will support, coach and assess learners, helping them develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to successfully complete their programme.

➡️£27,000 - £30,000 per year + bonus + expenses

No learner sourcing is required – all learners are provided, allowing you to manage your own diary and focus on delivery, coaching and assessment.

What a night for a wonderful cause! 🎉

Our colleagues Teagan and Alex were delighted to join for their first-ever gala, supporting residents living with dementia. Through ticket sales, a raffle, an auction and generous donations, the evening raised an incredible £16,080 — with 20% going to the Alzheimer's Society. 💙

It's wonderful to see a community come together to make such a difference. Huge congratulations to everyone involved, and thank you for having us. Here's to next year!

It’s Professional Care Workers’ Week 💙

We’re pleased to see a week dedicated to recognising the professionalism, skills and dedication of care workers across the sector.

After 30 years of working in adult social care, we know just how much skill, knowledge and commitment care professionals bring to their roles every day.

At t2 group, we’re proud to support care professionals through our apprenticeships and diplomas that help people develop their skills, grow in confidence and progress in their careers.

We’re looking for a qualified Health and Social Care Assessor to support apprenticeship learners in workplace settings.

The role involves workplace observations, assessment and feedback, working alongside our Personal Development Managers to support learner progression.

Essential criteria:
✅ Assessor qualification (TAQA, CAVA, A1 or D32/33)
✅ Level 5+ qualification in Health & Social Care
✅ 2+ years’ recent management experience in Adult Health & Social Care
