Big changes are coming to the Level 2 Adult Care Worker ApprenticeshipπŸ‘

The updated national standard has been designed to better reflect the realities of working in adult social care today, making apprenticeships more flexible and accessible.

Some of the key changes include:
✨ No separate end-point assessment (EPA)
✨ Assessments completed throughout the programme
✨ More flexibility around English and maths requirements for adult learners
✨ The typical duration is around 9 months

We’re proud to continue supporting the care sector with apprenticeships that help people build confidence, skills, and rewarding careers πŸ’™

You can find out more information about the Level 2 on our website https://www.t2group.co.uk/level-2-adult-care-worker-apprenticeship.html

This Deaf Awareness Week, we’re celebrating inclusion, and the importance of making learning accessible for everyone.

At t2 group, we want every learner to feel supported throughout their learning journey, including those who are deaf or have hearing impairments.

Everyone deserves the opportunity to learn and achieve their career goals in an environment where they feel understood and valued.
Supporting accessibility in learning helps make sure every learner has the opportunity to develop their skills and progress towards future career opportunities.
