🌟 A fantastic Training & Learning Development Day! 🌟
It was brilliant to bring colleagues together from across the youth work sector to collaborate, connect, and shape the future of our workforce development offer.
Using insights from the latest Training Needs Survey, the day focused on identifying key priorities and exploring how the Youth Work Training Academy and our partners can respond effectively to the sector’s needs. The conversations were focused, honest, and solution-driven — a real testament to the knowledge and commitment across the sector.
💬 The result? A highly productive day with clear direction and shared ambition.
We’re now working behind the scenes to turn this into action, with a range of new training and learning opportunities to be released shortly — directly informed by your feedback.

Roedd yn wych dod â chydweithwyr ynghyd o bob cwr o'r sector gwaith ieuenctid i gydweithio, cysylltu a llunio dyfodol ein cynnig datblygu'r gweithlu.
Gan ddefnyddio mewnwelediadau o'r Arolwg Anghenion Hyfforddi diweddaraf, canolbwyntiodd y diwrnod ar nodi blaenoriaethau allweddol ac archwilio sut y gall Academi Hyfforddi Gwaith Ieuenctid a'n partneriaid ymateb yn effeithiol i anghenion y sector. Roedd y sgyrsiau'n ffocws, yn onest, ac yn canolbwyntio ar atebion - tystiolaeth wirioneddol i'r wybodaeth a'r ymrwymiad ar draws y sector.
