Huge congratulations to next year’s SU Team🎉

The first of Student Services’ resilience workshops at 5pm on Thursday 28th in A2.02! The session will explore interoceptive awareness (aka awareness of internal sensations). The aim of this session is to provide information about what interoceptive awareness is, why it’s important, and how we can improve it. Understanding interoception is the first step to being able to regulate our emotions and build up resilience.
If you’d like to attend this session, then you will need to register via the form sent via email!

Pride Craft Day! Make the most of the sun this Thursday and get involved in the preparation for Pride Month at RWCMD. Get away from the end of year stress and come and paint a placard that will be part of the annual pride heart cloth that hangs in the foyer during June. 10:30am-5pm outside the AHC. Everyone welcome!

The SU President Hustings will be taking place in the SU today at 6pm. This is your chance to hear the 3 candidates speak about their manifestos and talk about why they would be good in the role.
