☀️ Summer break so far….

Taken a bit of an online break, I’ve put my phone down, taken less photos, I’ve worked less & I’ve spent more time with my daughters ❤️

Spent a lot of it poorly so far, but I’m taking time to rest and go slower.

Running a business is 24/7 and exhaustion creeps up on you. Grateful to have had this chance to slow down before it gets crazy again in September 🧡

My outdoor Summer Parties at The Pant have been so much fun so far!! 😍

We’ve been to Ponty Lido a couple of times ❤️, to the posh Odeon to watch Toy Story 5, we’ve used our NT membership for Dyrham Park & Dyffryn House, lots of time at home with our cats, pizza date in town after sorting the school uniform, Barry, Bodyboarding at Rest Bay, I dyed my eldest’s hair peepo deep blue, the girls have had friends round & done crafting together, a meal out with my bestest friends ❤️❤️…and yep screen time & naps!

I know it’s a juggle in the school holidays for lots of us, I hope everyone is managing to have a bit of downtime too? Xx

☀️ What can I say about yesterday?!
I had so much fun with everyone ‘at the beach’ 🏖️ at my second day of Summer Parties at the fabulous The Pantmawr Inn!

🎶 We danced, stretched & bounced to some of our Tots favourite songs, bounced my giant beach ball on the parachute, my youngest Tots took a trip under the sea to see the shiny fish under my 🐠 Sensory Canopy & we played hard in the garden 🌳 with my taste safe sand pits, sensory rockpools 🦀 & shark infested water play! Rounded off with lots of 🫧 bubbles to pop and open invites to stay for a 🧊 nice cold drink or some food - it was so lovely to see lots of you staying after each session and having a chat!!

🙌 Another really big thank you to Jen, the beautiful landlady who is so kind to me & a really big thank you to everyone who came!! I hope you all enjoyed it as much as I enjoyed having you?!

👀 These are the beautiful Nursery rooms inside our classes home at Caerleon Child Care Cardiff - Llanishen!

It’s a wonderfully welcoming Nursery, caring for tiny babies up to school age!
The staff are all absolutely wonderful & the children are really well looked after! They are led by the really excellent Manager Meg & her excellent senior team of staff ❤️ including lovely Jules who lots of you see at classes 😍

I am lucky to spend time with all of them around running my classes and I’m pleased to say how lovely they all are! (I am fully DBS checked, a standard part of my business, & Caerleon took character references for me before I moved in plus I’ve worked with them before, just in case anyone questions that! They are very thorough, just like me)

They have made me SO welcome this year, I want to help spread the word about them. (I am not on commission, I just like to help!)

🧡The older children have special supervised SWIMMING LESSONS over the road at Llanishen Leisure Centre, there’s PRIVATE PLAY TIME for the Nursery kids inside JUMP every morning, they offer TERM TIME ONLY places if you or your partner only work term time, they have regular OUTDOOR PLAY in the garden area and in school holidays our lovely classroom The Cwtch is transformed into SCHOOL HOLIDAY CLUB, where they have such a fab timetable of activities for school aged children!

🧡Their website is in the process of being updated after feedback from my lovely families and they collect their reviews on the Day Nurseries website, where every review on there is written by an actual family who have recently attended the Nursery so you can guarantee you are reading genuine feedback.

They offer no obligation tours, because you def need to have a look round to get a feel of a Nursery don’t you 😍& their phone number to arrange a tour or for any questions is 02920 763679!

I’m really happy to be able to highly recommend Caerleon Child Care - also as a Mum myself as my own children went here when they were little 😍

🧺 Tots Play Teddy Bears Picnic Summer Parties at The Pantmawr Inn yesterday ❤️

Absolutely loved our three Party sessions!! Thank you all so much for coming!!
🧸 Music & movement indoors in the conservatory to start us off then out to play in the garden with my giant jelly trays, spaghetti pits, water play, teddy parachute play, bubbles & more ❤️

The sessions did get quite messy 😂!! Was so lovely to see the beautiful Tots having fun! I really hope you all enjoyed it too?

A big thank you to the lovely Jen at the Pantmawr for having us!! Thank you for being a wonderful, supportive lady 😍

End of term thank you cards for my Baby & Toddler classes - you guys got me so emotional last week 🥹

What a pleasure it is to work with you & your Tots, to get to know you and to watch your children grow each week! To see you enjoy time together, seeing your Tots enjoying all my activities and the things I make for them each week and gently encouraging your friendships & watching them grow...it’s really special 😍
