We’re devastated to announce that we’ve said goodbye to our beloved Grace this morning 🌈

Grace had been a huge part of our family since 2014 and taught so much to so many. She may have held her breath over every coloured pole she stepped over but she was the definition of dependable cross country and out hacking. In all her years with us, she was nothing but kind and gentle.

Grace enjoyed a retirement with staff escorting hacks on her and in recent months, plenty of time with the sun on her back in the fields ☀️

Please feel free to share your memories of Grace in the comments below. We ask that you give our staff some time to grieve a much loved team mate- sorry if we can’t talk about her when you see us.

🌹Rosie🌹
Rosie is a skewbald 16.2hh cob X mare. She was born 2011 and has been with us since 2025. Rosie has come a really long way since she’s been with us physically and in her ridden career.
She is a very big girl to say the least but does try her best in the school and is improving daily. Rosie is ridden mostly by our adult rider and is slowly moving down into our lower grade lessons.

❗️Important ❗️
☀️ Due to the increased temperatures over the next few days, we will be cancelling the following lessons:

Friday 10/7/26 All lessons between 1pm and 8pm
Saturday 11/7/26 All lessons from 2pm-4:30pm

We’ll be open as normal 9am -1pm both days and Sunday lessons aren’t affected although they will be kept quieter to keep our horses cool.

Some riders will be moved from Saturday afternoon to Saturday morning where possible. We’ll contact those riders in due course.
