Autumn offerings Air, Sound, Community & 1:1 Sessions Hello Sound Family As summer begins to soften into autumn, I wanted to share what’s coming up over the next few weeks: ceremonies, sound journeys, festival adventures, space for deeper 1:1 work, and a new piece of writing exploring community.

🌿 EARTH • DESPACHO • SACRED RECIPROCITY 🌿

This evening we gathered in relationship with the element of Earth, slowing down, grounding, giving thanks and remembering what it means not only to receive from the Earth, but to give something back. 🌍

Everyone created their own beautiful mini mandala for despacho , a personal offering carrying gratitude, prayers and intentions.

Despacho comes from the Andean traditions of Peru and is rooted in sacred reciprocity, Ayni: the understanding that life exists through relationship and exchange. We receive from Pachamama, and we remember to offer our gratitude in return.

We worked intuitively with gifts of the Earth:

🌿 Mint : renewal & vitality
💜 Lavender : peace & restoration
🌿 Rosemary : remembrance & resilience
🌱 Oregano : strength & abundance
🍃 Raspberry leaf : nourishment & fruition
🍃 Bay : vision & intention
🌹 Rose petals : love & opening of the heart
🌸 Flowers : blooming, beauty & gratitude

We also shared freshly picked blackberries, raspberries and grapes, literally tasting the abundance of the Earth and this moment in the harvest season. 🍇

Rather than creating one collective despacho, everyone made their own personal mandala to take away. This gives each person autonomy over where, when and how they complete their offering, returning it through Earth by burying it, through fire, or through water, with their own prayer and intention.

There is something powerful about giving prayer a physical form, choosing each element consciously, creating beauty from it, and then letting it go.

And when working with practices such as despacho, good training and mentorship matter. These rituals have cultures, traditions and lineages behind them that deserve acknowledgement and respect. I am deeply grateful for good mentorship and for being taught to approach these practices with care, respect and awareness rather than simply borrowing what feels beautiful.

Tonight was about receiving, recognising, thanking and returning. 🌿

Earth has been our teacher.

Next month, we begin our relationship with the element of AIR. 🌬️

🌿 Between the Trees Festival 2026 🌿

I’m so looking forward to spending a few days amongst the trees as one of the therapists in Y Pentre at Between The Trees 🌳✨

There’s something I really love about the ethos of this festival, creativity, nature, connection and wellbeing woven together, with space to slow down and reconnect with ourselves and the natural world.

I’ll also be nestled amongst a fabulous collection of therapists and practitioners in Y Pentre, each bringing their own offerings and ways to restore, nourish and reconnect. I’m really looking forward to being part of that little wellbeing village in the woods. 💛

Throughout the weekend I’ll be offering Sound Healing, Sonic Bodywork and Ayurvedic Yoga Massage , with the option to weave elements of all three together into a bespoke treatment shaped around what your body needs in that moment.

Sound, therapeutic touch, movement, vibration and deep rest, perhaps a massage alongside singing bowls and sound moving through the body, or simply some much needed space to stop and receive. 🌿🔔

And after the beautiful chaos of Boomtown, I’m quite looking forward to swapping bass bins, dust and delightful feralness for trees, treatments and a slightly more regulated nervous system. 😂🌲

When life feels out of control, I return to sound.

My gong holds me. Sound clears, reminds, realigns and redirects me, gently bringing me back to trust.

The Earth holds me too. Neither asks for explanations. Neither judges what I do, say, think or feel. Their presence is unconditional.

Sometimes trust isn't knowing where the path is leading. It's remembering that even when everything feels uncertain, there is something deeper holding us. 🌿
