We hosted the second session of our Junior Chef Academy at Cardiff West Community High School this week, and our talented young chefs took a delicious trip to Italy! 🍕🍝

It was extra special to welcome back JCA graduate Thomas, who returned to mentor the younger generation of chefs. The kitchen smelled incredible, and everyone did a fantastic job preparing, cooking, and tasting their creations. There was outstanding teamwork and creativity on display from the next generation of culinary talent! 🌟
