This is our eldest son, 11 years ago when he was so tiny ❤️

When I look back over all that time, SO much has changed. Life is not linear is it, it’s like sitting on a rollercoaster at times. 😂.

How to get off the rollercoaster ( or at least slow it down)??

Do things that you LOVE. ❤️

Build them into your life a bit, where you can - they make all the difference

Let me know what works for you!

🧠Our brains are full of lists, must do’s and responsibilities. All using the right side of our brain. ❓When was the last time you used the left side - the creative side! When did you last try, explore, create and have fun?
🎹Piano is such a wonderful way to do this! Message me for info 😃

Hello to the new people viewing my profile!

👩‍🏫I am a qualified teacher with 25 years + experience

🎵I love all styles of music and I’m so passionate about passing that love to other people!

🧠 I firmly believe that everyone should have the right to the joy that music brings. I support everyone, even if there are physical or mental barriers.
