Another very warm day tomorrow in sunny Little Haven. So, at short notice I know, we are going to have a fun water day early in the morning before it heats up and we have to seek shelter from the suns rays. We will have lots of water play and be able to have a splash in the paddling pools. Please could you bring in either bathers and a T-shirt or shorts and T-shirt and also a spare change of clothes for your children. Please can you ensure they have had sun cream applied before attending nursery tomorrow. Oh and a must please bring a sun hat and if you have some shoes your children can wear in water, not essential. We do have some spare clothes we can use. Can’t wait for you to hear all the stories and see the fun day we’re going to have.

Good Morning. This week we are exploring planet Earth and what makes the world go round. We have so many exciting and educational experiences out today. From planet Earth themed play dough with rollers and cutters, to exploring "rubbish" in the sand with the tweezers. We have role play set in out in the home corner and a cozy book corner. There is so much to choose from.

Good Morning, It's a dry start to the day. We have so many experiences out today form exploring the sand with the diggers, using our gross motor skills with the play dough and cutters, role play in the home corner and the dinosaur world and developing our fine motor skill in the construction zone with the small blocks. This week our colour is blue. Our Welsh word of the week is Glas and our makaton sign is also the colour blue. It's a blue week!

Good morning. This week our colour of the week is pink as requested by Megan. Our Welsh words of the week are pinc and bore da. To go with our theme of pink our makaton sign is also pink. We have so many experiences out today from exploring our literacy skills in the sand, exploring with colours in the water tray, developing our gross and fine motor skills in the pink play dough, balancing in construction and role playing in the home corner. There is so much to choose from.

This week we are exploring space. Our makaton sign and Welsh word of the week is space (gofod). Our story of the week is 'Whatever next'.
