It's been a while since we've posted! Apologies! Hope you all are safe and well inshallah. Sobis is still continuing online this term and it's all set up on Microsoft Teams inshallah! We look forward to seeing you all and miss you too!

Salaam everyone, SOBIS will be shut from the 20th March to protect all the students from coronavirus. All parents have already been informed. InshaAllah SOBIS teachers will be providing guidance and distance learning to their students on a weekly basis. Please contact Dr Sufia or your teacher if you need any information.

May Allah protect us all from this illness and keep us safe and healthy. Please do not go out if unnecessary and remember to wash your hands!

Du’as for protection from any harm:

(1) اَعُوْذُ بِكَلِمَاتِ اللهِ التَّامَّاتِ مِنْ شَرِّ مَاخَلَقَ.

A’udhu bi kalimaatillahi-t taammaati min sharri ma khalaq.
I seek refuge in Allah’s perfect Words from the evils of that which He created.

(2) بِسْمِ اللهِ الَّذِي لَا يَضُرُّ مَعَ اسْمِهِ شَيْئٌ فِى اْلأَرْضِ وَلَا فِي السَّمَآءِ وَهُوَ السَّمِيْعُ الْعَلِيْمُ.

Bismillahil ladhi la yadurru ma’as mihi shay’un fil ardi wa la fis sama’i wa uwas-sami’ul ‘aleem.
In the name of Allah, with whose name nothing on earth nor in the skies has the ability to cause harm and He is the All Seeing, the All-Knowing.

Our beloved ex student, and son of one of our teachers, Owess Munir, passed away this Monday. We are all heartbroken and we pray Allah gives Owess the highest level of jannah and gives his wonderful family sabr and strength ameen. Janazah details are below, please attend:
