The rarest Diamond I’ve ever owned! 💚💎 and I'm OBSESSED!

This is my 0.70ct pear-shaped natural Fancy Yellowish Green diamond, from the Zimmi area of Sierra Leone 🇸🇱 famous for producing incredible yellow diamonds.

Natural green diamonds are fascinating. Their colour is most commonly linked to natural radiation over geological time, which creates defects within the diamond’s crystal structure and changes the way it absorbs light.

This one also has strong fluorescence, glowing an almost Paraiba-like teal colour under UV 😍

And yes… it’s going straight into my earring stack! 😂💚 after I study it of courses

BIG NEWS GUYS… I’M GOING TO JAPAN!

This November, I’ll be spending around 10 days immersing myself in the world of Japanese Akoya pearls — from the pearl farms and harvesting, all the way through grading, matching and the Japan Pearl Fair.

And of course, I’ll be taking you all with me! Expect A LOT of pearls, education and behind-the-scenes content.
