Additional Advantage We offer one-on-one, personalised Executive Function Coaching designed around you — your strengths, your needs, your goals. No cookie-cutter plans. No judgment.

Just real, human support that meets you where you are. I am passionate in wanting to help students to get an "Additional Advantage” in their post 16 education and providing them with the skills to succeed in university, and beyond. I have 20+ years teaching and supporting students from Level 1 to Masters, and I wish to support each of my students whatever their ability level to reach their full potential. I have worked in FE colleges for several years before teaching and supporting students at university level more recently (USW, Cardiff University)

I will provide Post 16 educational coaching/study skills support for all, but I am especially focused on those students who may have additional needs such as Neurodiversity (Dyslexia, ASD, ADHD)
