Welsh-medium maths support for children in Years 3–6, with fun Friday challenges, monthly live Homework Help and a friendly bilingual WhatsApp community — including English guidance for parents.

✨ Introducing… Clwb TutorTiwtor! ✨

A new online maths club for children in Years 3–6, created primarily to support Welsh-medium learners. Resources will also be available in both Welsh and English, helping parents feel confident supporting their children at home. 💛

For £15 per month, per child, the club will include:

➕ A new Miri Mathemateg challenge every Friday
📚 A monthly live Homework Help session
💬 A monthly Parent Q&A
📱 A bilingual WhatsApp Community
🎓 Separate groups for Years 3, 4, 5 and 6

This is not a goodbye.. just a see you soon.
We are so unbelievably grateful of the continued support all our customers continue to show for our growing small business, and with the last year being such a whirlwind and a huge learning curve of working out demand for services, we chose to start a maths club - ‘Snap Sessions’ ‘Sesiynau Snap’.
With the growing demand for one to one sessions, and less of a demand for Snap, we have made the very difficult decision to temporarily stop Snap Sessions on a Monday evening. If in future the demand for this picks up and interest in group sessions increase, we will be sure to get it up and running once more.
The last Snap Session will take place on the 29th of November, with a little Christmas cheer and some fun mathematical themed games.
All Snap Subscribers will have their membership suspended from today, as to not be over charged, meaning that the final session with all regulars will be free. The link for this session will be e-mailed to all in advance of the session.

Millie is here as a helping hand to offer support and help to those learning to read and gain confidence! It’s been scientifically proven that reading to a dog can really improve a child attitude around reading academically.

International Translate Day… 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿
Here at TutorTiwtor we pride ourselves on creating a bi-lingual, all inclusive environment for both child and parent. ✨
As the founder of TutorTiwtor (Ffion) I was privileged to be raised in a bi-lingual family, where my mother was required to guess what our welsh homework was asking of us, without the technological help thats available today. And the admiration I have for those English speaking parents venturing down the path of welsh education for their little ones has only grown. ♥️
I feel the stigma attached to the level of correction within the Welsh language is sometimes difficult for those either learning to speak to language from scratch, or those who maybe don’t use it as often as they like. Meaning they then choose not to utilise in, in fear of being judged. I regularly find myself using Google Translate to help me remember terminology, and sometimes learning new words. Granted, it may not always be correct, but surely the effort it always more important than the correctness?
Anyway, here’s to the wonderful world of translating, and here’s to the wonder that is Google Translate! Happy International Translate Day! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 🗣

This stage of the booking process is unfortunately the most confusing, but it is the most important if you want to be part of the LIVE sessions. 🔴
Once you have purchased a ‘Snap Subscription’, you are automatically accredited with sessions to BOOK.
You are required to go into your ‘account’ area, and book onto the live sessions using the calendar.
If you don’t do this stage, the system won’t send you a reminder e-mail or a link for the session.
You can book right up until the session starts. Any problems please either drop us a text or an e-mail! 📱 💻
