While Wales, England and Scotland took part in the elections yesterday, our students have been busy doing the same through a mock election here at school.
Taking part in this activity gave students a hands‑on opportunity to explore how democracy works, why voting matters, and how individual choices come together to form a result. The outcome of our mock vote reflects the most popular political party among young people in Wales, offering an interesting snapshot of student opinion. We’re incredibly proud of how seriously students engaged with the process—learning about democracy and then putting that learning into action. Thank you to everyone who took part and helped make it such a valuable experience.
Now we’re eagerly looking forward to the official Senedd election results, which will be published later today. It’s an exciting day for democracy at every level! 🗳️✨
