The theme this year is loneliness. Why not make a pledge to reach out to someone you haven’t spoken to in a while. We often don’t realise when others are struggling and the simple act of reaching out can make a huge difference.

Mental health isn't hidden any more. It’s on the front pages. It’s on the political agenda. For millions of people, mental health is now something to be honest about – not ashamed of.

We've all been a part of that transformation. Showing what mental health really looks like, what support makes it better, and what needs to change.

Next week, we're continuing the fight. For more funding for mental health services, for more respect and understanding. For support for everyone, no matter who they are.
