By popular request we will run another beep test at the start of the class at westlands today (weather permitting) I If you dont want to do the test we will keep you suitably occupied!!!! it shouldn't take more that 20 mins unless, Mo Farah is coming, The rest of the Class will be in the Hall . we will give each of you your scores from last time so you have a target!
