What a lovely way to end the term, our annual picnic on the field. Thank you to all the families that came and to Sheriff Steph Jupe who came to present our leavers 2026 with their Learning Journeys and gifts. This has been a particularly hard cohort to say goodbye to. Most of the leavers have older siblings, so we have seen them grow from baby bumps to confident 4 year olds. They all leave us with a thirst for knowledge and a positive outlook. Thank you for your kind words, and lovely gifts. Enjoy the summer - I believe the sunshine will be making a reappearance. Staff night out to celebrate another fantastic academic year full of fun and laughter.

A really big thank you to Farm PYO for allowing our latecomer into the farm to pick some berries and have a play on the tractors. It was very much appreciated.

A very big thank you to Felderland Farm for allowing us to visit this morning. Thank you Farmer Rory for the talk about how you grow your strawberries. You have a lot more than us. We all enjoyed picking our own strawberries to eat and to take home. What a fantastic morning.

We were very lucky to have Victoria from Yogabibits come into pre-school today to show us some brilliant animal themed yoga moves using ourselves, egg shakers, scarves, teddies and balls followed by some relaxation. So proud of the children who listened to instructions and who all joined in beautifully. We even had a small visitor who joined in on her very first visit to pre-school.

Harvesting potatoes sure is a messy job. The children had to be hosed off after finding the potatoes.

We had to harvest our potatoes a little early, but we still managed to grow enough for the children to take home to cook and eat.

Another well deserving member of the Star Pupil club. Don't ever lose your thirst for knowledge Thomas.
