AGE AINT NOTHIN BUT A NUMBER ✨

I don’t know who needs to hear this but your not NOT TOO OLD to say of up something new, start something you’ve always wanted to try or to totally re-invent yourself physically & mentally. AGE MEANS F*CK ALL. AGE ISN’T STOPPING YOU - YOU ARE. Don’t let imposter syndrome stop you from doing YOU.

This year at the age of 33 :

- I quit my corporate 9-5 and pursued my dream of working full time for myself as a PT and coach
- Became a qualified personal trainer and fitness instructor
- Got into the best shape of my ENTIRE LIFEA
- Cut out ALL toxic relationships
- Focused solely on myself and my business & relationships in my close circle and family
- Restarted therepy for old PTSD
- Faced and conquered my self confidence issues by stepping on stage

This process took me a year and honestly, I’ll never look back. 12 months might SOUND like a long time, but it’s actually not. In retrospect, taking a few months to look after yourself and set yourself up for life is NOTHING.

So what I’m saying is - It’s NEVER too late to start a fresh page, to pick up a new skill or to start looking after physical and mental wellbeing. Start now girl and take that first step into INVESTING in yourself. Whether that’s with time, money, energy or love - I strong urge you to make 2024 about YOURSELF and maximising your potential to become your greatest self 🙏🏽🩷

Quick fixes don’t yield sustainable results ❌

During Scarlett’s 12 week building phase last winter - we aimed to add size to her hamstrings, glutes & delts for her photoshoot- results were on POINT and she spent the summer showing off her leanest physique yet 🎯

Things that I do that cost me NOTHING that you should be implementing too!

1. Go for a daily walk 🚶‍♀️
Set yourself a goal and work your way up to 10k steps to hit daily

2. Have a set routine for eating times 🥗
Not only is this going to stop your from snacking - it’s going to assist with food digestion. Have a 2-3 gap between meals

3. Movement after meals (dinner)
Again assisting with digestion but can also help keep you busy and keep your mind off that sweet treat. Evenings are when we get most get tempted into eating recklessly, keep busy sis

4. Reviewing your daily tick list and POA 📈When you set intentions ONLY for the important tasks that you need to complete to reach your end goal - they become more achievable as apposed to working to a target many months away & feeling like you’ll never get there. This does more harm than good as it leaves you with that ‘I’ll start tomorrow’ mentality.

Fantastic progress for my online client who has been with me for 16 weeks and made incredible progress whilst juggling a new job role and navigating a busy LIFE in general!
