Walking through the jungle 🦓🐍
The babies have been exploring animals through messy play as they use the animals to print different marks onto paper. The babies were learning new words such as 'bang, soft, splash' and learning new animal sounds. Our clever creators made different marks as they made links to the paper. We introduced tools such as rollers, dabbers and paintbrushes to make a variety of marks!

This morning, our pre-schoolers have been bug hunting using magnifying glasses to search for insects in the mud. They are using their fine motor skills to transfer bugs to bug pots using pincer grips and identifying each insect, discussing similarities and differences between them.
