Are you a current or incoming student? Do you care about the environment, or social justice, or where your food or clothes come from? Then you might be a good fit to join our team!
The Student Green Office is a paid, part-time role that fits alongside your studies and allows you to undertake sustainability passion projects! Improve your writing! Learn how to run an event! Lead a project or campaign!
No experience necessary, but we'd love to see a willingness to try and an interest in learning new things!

Our Student Green Office has been shortlisted for a Green Gown Award!
The development of the Student Green Office has been massively central to our sustainability engagement at , and as we go into our 14th year, the ongoing SGO project has been shortlisted for the Student Engagement category of the 2026 UK & Ireland Green Gown Awards!

The Student Green Office is a part-time role at CCCU that works alongside your studies and helps raise awareness for sustainability. The job follows your sustainable interests and passions, and you'll receive lots of support to create your projects, campaigns and initiatives!

Do you have an interest in sustainability? The environment? Biodiversity, climate change, social justice, sustainable clothing, agriculture, saving the whales? We're looking for SIX NEW STUDENT GREEN OFFICERS to join us this September at CCCU!
The Student Green Office is a great opportunity to build workplace skills and experience, all while raising awareness for your sustainable interests (whatever they may be!) and getting paid! The role is flexible, 6 hours a week, term time only, and fits easily alongside your studies.
