Really proud of Harrison Blades, Cassie Metcalf and Sakina Quettawala who represent Kent at the BISA Model NATO today at the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Offices in London.
They're role playing Germany across several committees. Today's scenario? A major earthquake and volcanic eruptions in Eastern Mediterranean creating large scale damage and loss of life.
We know the situation is safe in their capable hands 🌋

Pete here is one of our GTAs, who is currently researching political theory.
So what are you waiting for? Apply by 9th February 2024!

Big Ideas in Short Form.
Big thanks to the editorial team of Kent student newspaper InQuire Media who came in to run workshops creating opinion pieces in our Poitical Theory Stge One modules. Disseminating theoretical concepts using real world examples for a workplace setting.
Really impressive presentations that got everyone thinking about sills that are necessary for their professional lives.

More from our political theory module today, disseminating complex ideas into mainstream content. This one represents the current discourse around right to protest.
Fast work from Stage One student Zaroi Ratteray.

We're a few weeks into term now and societies have kicked off with some great momentum. Like Kent Model United Nations who have been running taster sessions.
'We're glad it had such a great turnout, lots of people showed up like last week and participated in the debate!'
Keep an eye on their socials for all their meet ups if you're interested.
