Our last student success that we are sharing this week is Tom...

Tom started ballet classes with us from a young age and at the age of 8 years successfully auditioned for the Royal Ballet School's Junior Associate Programme. Tom was also fortunate enough to have several professional performing opportunities during his time with us too; he was chosen to perform with the world renowned Sergei Polunin in his show 'Polunin Project' at the London Coliseum and also played the part of Tiny Tim in Northern Ballet's 'A Christmas Carol'. At the age of only 10 years he was accepted to start vocational training at Tring Park School for the Performing Arts. Since graduating he has performed alongside Marienela Nunez in her 'Timeless' show at the Royal Ballet and Opera, and is now a trainee dancer with London City Ballet.

Our next student that we would like to congratulate on their achievements is Eliza...

Eliza started dancing with us at the age of 4 years gaining her RAD grades and vocational exams up to Advanced 2 in which she gained a Distinction. Whilst training with us she was also an associate at Central School of Ballet. She studied dance vocationally at the Acosta Advanced Training Hub in London and last year was a semi-finalist in the RAD's international Fonteyn Competition in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Since graduating in July she has moved to Italy to become a trainee dancer with the Balletto di Milano.

Continuing our focus on student successes today we look at Kirit...

Kirit started dancing with us from a very young age, gaining all of his RAD graded and vocational exams up to Advanced 1. He also performed as Tiny Tim in Northern Ballet's 'A Christmas Carol' and was an associate of Central School of Ballet during this time. In 2023 he was a finalist in the UK Young Dancer competition before gaining a place at Central School of Ballet where he has just graduated from in July. Kirit is now on the London City Ballet's Trainee Programme and is also dancing in English National Ballet's 'Romeo and Juliet' tour.

STUDENT SUCCESSES

Whilst most of our pupils come to dancing as a hobby we are proud to have helped many students realise their dreams of dancing professionally over the last 31 years. This week we focus on a handful of these dancers and see what they are doing now....

Today we start with May who left us in 2022 to continue her training at Trinity Laban to study Contemporary dance. Having graduated last year she is now currently dancing with JV2 in their tour and is performing at JV H.O.M.E. in Ashford in their triple bill this weekend!
