The secret to answering tough competency questions isn’t memorising a script - it’s having structured examples ready to adapt.

When an interviewer asks for an example of leadership, teamwork, or problem-solving, follow the formula:
📍 Situation: Where were you and what was happening?
🎯 Task: What was the goal or challenge?
🛠️ Action: What steps did you take?
📈 Result: What was the successful outcome?
