If your child is starting secondary school in September 2026, and you would like them to be considered for a place at a Kent grammar school, you have until midnight on Tuesday 1 July to register.

Year 6's Unforgettable Adventure at Chessington – Day Two!

What a way to wrap up an incredible trip! Year 6 spent their second day at Chessington World of Adventures with even more excitement, laughter, and unforgettable memories. From the thrill of the roller coasters to the wonder of the zoo and the splash of the water rides, the children made the most of every moment.

After a good night’s rest, the group hit the park bright and early, full of energy and ready for more fun. Many faced their fears and braved the big rides, while others enjoyed gentler adventures and explored the animal enclosures. The smiles and laughter were non-stop!

As the day came to an end, it was time to say goodbye to Chessington and a round of cheers for an amazing two days. Tired but happy, Year 6 boarded the coach with stories to tell, souvenirs in hand, and memories that will last a lifetime.

We’re so proud of how well everyone represented the school—thank you, Year 6, for making it such a special trip! We are so incredibly proud of you!

Year 6 had a great night in the Chessington hotel and they woke up ready for their tasty cooked breakfasts! We have spent the day in the theme park and the children started the day off with a bang on the brilliant Vampire ride and the Gruffalo river ride. We are having lots of fun and the children are representing St Peter’s brilliantly! Well done Year Six.
