One of my favourite parts of coaching is getting to work with individuals from all over the country,
and this client was an absolute pleasure to coach ✨
After winning a coaching voucher at the raffle at Glow UKPPC , she came into the programme wanting to improve her strength, conditioning, and pole performance, with a barrier being a lack of confidence and knowledge in the gym.
Fast forward 6 weeks and she’s lifting heavier, walking into the gym with purpose, seeing visible changes in her physique, and smashing new milestones in her pole training including her longest air walk yet! (so proud!)🔥
The strength gains are amazing! Massive congratulations on all her hard work she has earned every bit of this progress, and I can’t wait to see what’s next for you! ✌🏼✨

FULL CIRCLE MOMENT 💙
2 years ago, I said goodbye to the teal and focused solely on building LS Training. Since then, it’s been an incredible journey of growth, learning, coaching amazing clients, and building a business I’m so proud of.
Now… I’m so excited to say I’m coming BACK to the team 🎉
I’ll be returning as part of the Fitness Coach team alongside continuing LS Training, Personal Training both in person & online 💪
I’ll also still be running my STEP & STRETCH classes, which I’ve loved building over the last few years🫶🏻
Coming back into this role gives me the opportunity to help even more people, be more involved within the gym community again, and continue doing what I love every single day.
I’m genuinely so excited for this next chapter combining coaching, classes, community, and helping people become their best version.

“Your skinniest self” isn’t always your healthiest self✨
This conversation came up with a client recently, and I think so many people can relate to it.
She said she used to believe that seeing results meant trying to stay “small".
But now?
She’s fuelling her body properly, eating more, training with purpose, moving more freely, and living a far more balanced lifestyle and she feels better physically and mentally than she did when she was under fuelling herself.
Because health is more than a number on the scale.
A smaller body does not automatically mean a healthier or happier one.
Sometimes the version of yourself that looked the “smallest” was also the version running on low energy, constantly thinking about food, overtraining, avoiding social plans, or struggling to actually feel good day to day.
A healthy body is one that:
✨has energy
✨moves well
✨feels strong
✨recovers properly
✨supports your hormones and overall wellbeing
✨allows flexibility and balance in life
✨lets you enjoy food without guilt
Strength matters! Mobility matters!
Being able to move freely, feel capable, and function well in everyday life matters.
Fitness should improve your life not consume it.
You do not need to shrink yourself to be worthy, disciplined, or healthy.
Sometimes real progress looks like:
✨building strength
✨improving movement
✨gaining confidence
✨changing shape
✨having a healthier mindset around food and exercise
✨creating habits that are actually sustainable.
The goal shouldn’t just be to look skinny.
The goal is to feel healthy, capable, confident, and balanced long term 🤍

Most people only focus on training harder✌🏼
But constantly pushing your body without recovering properly can leave you feeling sore, exhausted, tight, and burnt out.
Recovery isn’t about doing less it’s about helping your body keep performing well long term.
Sometimes improving your routine looks like:
getting more sleep, taking a rest day, walking more, stretching, eating properly, or slowing down when your body needs it.
You don’t need a perfect recovery routine.
Just habits you can realistically stick to every week.
Your body can’t perform at its best if it never gets a chance to recover.

6 years strong ✌🏼
I started this journey back in 2020 as a personal trainer… and since then it’s grown into so much more.
Now I’m not only a PT, but also a pole instructor.
My clients are everything. The dedication, the energy, the trust they bring into every session, the strength they build physically & mentally is unreal to watch. That’s what makes this job so special.
It’s underrated waking up every day and doing something I genuinely love.
