Parents if you get the chance, let your child read this (it still applies no matter their age or school stage!).

We’d like to take this chance to remind you that a set of exam results does not define you, and it doesn’t dictate the rest of your life. If you have a goal, if there’s something you want to do in life, there is very rarely one route to get there. Some routes are easy, and some can be longer and tough, but if you want it enough and you work hard towards it – you can get there with resilience and determination! 🥅⚽

Be proud of your efforts, be proud of your skills and talents, be proud of who you are, and what makes you...you! Wouldn't the world be boring if we were all the same! 💪👊

Never forget to use the support around you, whether that be from a parent, grandparent, aunt, uncle, mentor, teacher or tutor - there’s never weakness in asking for help! 🙋🙋🙋

You have your whole life ahead of you and if you ask most adults if they know what they want to do in life… a lot of them still won’t be sure! 🤔💭

If you’re super happy today, we are happy with you and wish you all the congratulations! 😀

🦉 Our final summer mock exam is coming up!

We've already had a lovely response to our summer mock exams, and now we're getting ready for our final mock on 22nd August.

If your child is preparing for the Kent Test / 11+, this is a great opportunity to experience a realistic mock exam before September.

It's not simply about the mark at the end. It's about giving children the chance to practise the experience itself — working under timed conditions, managing their time, navigating the exam format and building confidence.

⏰ 9:30am (approx. 3.5 hours)
🪙 £55 - includes full exam, marking and written feedback

📝 Full exam including English and verbal reasoning, maths and non-verbal reasoning

📍 Where: Here at our hub in Hersden, Canterbury CT34HD

🙋 Why: To offer children taking the 11+ the opportunity to feel familiar and confident with the exam process and to highlight last minute focuses.

🪙 Price: £55 which includes the full exam paper incl. English & VR and Maths & NVR, marking and individual feedback in writing.

One Kent Test Mock down, one coming towards the end of August!

Lovely to work with children from 8 different Kent schools today. The attitude, application and enthusiasm from all was first class and they did so well! I am proud of you all. Whether Happy Owls tutees, or local children in the area, a HUGE well done!

All tests have been marked, feedback given and I love the messages back saying how proud our parents/carers are and how positive an experience it was!
