In Fighting Off The Wall, we are taking one of the worst positions in self-defence and turning it into a weapon.

You’ll learn how to survive the initial pressure, protect yourself when space disappears, strike hard from close range, break free from pins and holds, and use the wall to your advantage instead of letting it trap you.

Drumroll…..… our brand new website is now live.

This has been built from scratch by one of our very own, Nata, and we want to publicly say a massive thank you! She has put a huge amount of time, effort and care into this, not because we’ve paid her to do it, but because she genuinely believes in the club, loves the community we are building, and backs us for what we stand for. And that means a lot 🙏🏼

It says everything about the kind of people we have around us. AMK has never just been about training. It is about community, loyalty and people wanting to be part of something bigger. Natalia, we are genuinely grateful for what you’ve done 🔥🙏🏼
