A.B. Tutoring

This week marks five years since I went from being a solo tutor to founding a national network of tutors.

Created to provide mental health–focused tutoring that is accessible to students from all income backgrounds, ABT has grown from a team of three friends into a community of over fifteen tutors across the UK and internationally.

In that time, we have supported more than 40 students through their GCSE and A-Level exams, and this year, we are proud to celebrate our very first cohort of university graduates.

On a personal note, this has been a true labour of love. At its core, ABT is an expression of my passion for accessible education that not only supports but also inspires students to love learning. It has also been a continuous lesson in backing myself, leaning into discomfort, and growing as both an educator and leader.

I am incredibly grateful to everyone who has supported ABT to reach this milestone, and I am excited things still to come!
