My treatments are never one size fits all.

This client originally booked in for a lymphatic drainage massage but it became clear that she needed a bespoke treatment tailored specifically to her needs

So working intuitively, I adapted the treatment, using lymphatic drainage, but also incorporating a number of additional modalities and techniques, creating a completely bespoke treatment to support what she needed, physically and emotionally.

My client needed space to pause, release, reset and allow her body to let go

Every face & body treatment I offer begins with calming the nervous system first, true results happen when the body feels safe enough to let go.

When we’re stressed or stuck in “fight or flight,” the muscles of the face hold tension, circulation becomes restricted, breathing becomes shallow, and lymphatic flow slows down. This can show up as puffiness, congestion, tight jaw muscles, dull skin, inflammation, and fluid retention.

By starting with nervous system regulation through gentle touch, breathwork and soothing techniques, the body shifts into a parasympathetic state (“rest and restore”). This allows the treatment to work on a much deeper level and allows you to feel safe enough to fully relax
