Article sent by one of our current swans. I, Lisa Nixon, am a qualified wheelchair dance instructor that can host and teach . I am currently looking to set up new daytime dance and fitness classes in from September possibly on a Thursday and would be interested to know if there any potential or that would support these sessions by signing up each term? (12 wks).

Silver Swans of course is available to any adult age and is particularly useful for men as well as women as a compliment to their regular pilates class.
