In this Critical Perspectives in Social Innovation essay, Neil Stott explores organisational lethality.
In the essay, Stott looks at organisational lethality as the spectrum of visible and hidden ways all organisations perpetuate killing people, other species and the planet within a globalised thanato-economy. He goes on to urge social innovators to shift toward ‘organisational vitality’, regenerating life rather than destruction.
