We would like to thank everyone who came to our 2nd talk yesterday. Despite the Glomerulonephritis talk becoming more of a vasculitis talk, we hope you still found it useful or at least interesting. We most definitely did! We are looking forward to seeing you at our next talk, with a more accurate description of the topic. Promise ;) And of course food!
25/10/2016
After a lot of deliberation, and by popular demand we will be providing something cheesy, fruity, cakey, biscuity, sweet, and chocolatey at tomorrow's talk.
As you can see we really narrowed it down..
In addition we even have a FreeFrom option for those HLA-DQ2/8 afflicted Coeliac individuals among us; they don't call us Rheumatology & Immunology Society for nothing!
Don't forget to RSVP if you will be coming along!

ONLY ONE DAY UNTIL OUR LAUNCH EVENT!
It Could Be Lupus: A Connective Tissue Disease 101, with Dr Natasha Jordan
Join us in the Clifford Allbutt Lecture Theatre, Addenbrookes for an evening of all things autoimmune!
Our 101 series of talks are designed to introduce key topics that we as medical students should know how to spot.
Dr Natasha Jordan, consultant Rheumatologist at Addenbrookes Hospital, will take us through some photographic signs characteristic of connective tissue diseases. Will you be able to tell your SLE from your scleroderma? Vasculitis from dermatomyositis? Come along and learn some signs that may well present to you in future practice (and possibly in OSCEs!). The talk will be followed with a Q&A and some light refreshments.
We hope to see everyone there!
The event is open to everyone, simply RSVP to the event here:
