Sounds like an amazing event!

An absolutely successful event! Tactical Relaxation. 🇺🇸

The two layers of efficient work are:
- The tactics or combative strategies
- And underlying that is relaxation or tension-free condition of the body and mind.

A big thank you to the participants for capturing this work, for training with diligence and enjoyment! And to the terrific host, Tommy Floyd and his team!

Congratulations to the new instructors and to the lottery winners. See you all again soon!

Thank you Ryo Onishi for a great seminar. The calm and generous way you shared your deep skill and understanding was an inspiration. You presented the drills and exercises in a way accessible to all.
Thank you to everyone who came to support our first event at East Anglia Systema. Everyone came with the right attitude to train and learn. It was great to see old friends and meet new ones. I hope everyone enjoyed the seminar and got as much out of the experience as I did.
And of course thank you to Systema Vasiliev: Russian Martial Art, without whom none of this would have been possible.
