📢 Year 4 medics of Cambridge - look no further if you want to learn how to save lives in emergencies. The annual year 4 ABCDE event is back! 📢

This event is free to attend and will be taught by a group emergency doctors working at Addenbrookes. They will teach the details of the A-E assessment in five stations where you will have the chance to go through some cases to test your understanding. You will also have the opportunity to practise a full A-E assessment in a simulated scenario. The A-E approach is used in clinical practice worldwide to identify and treat critical conditions that are most likely to kill a patient with an emergency presentation.

Certificates of attendance will be provided to all attendees, and the skills you will learn will be hugely helpful, not only on your Y4 A&E placement but also if you encounter any deteriorating patients on other placements.
