Neurodiversity Celebration Week Embracing neurodiversity and recognising the talents of neurodiverse minds.

This week our team has stepped away from the desks and attended the annual Health & Wellbeing at Work conference at the The Nation's Experience Capital.

💬 The conference was packed with expert-led talks covering everything from MSK health, work-related stress to workplace health and wellbeing interventions. Between the keynote talks, the team was busy exploring the diverse range of stands and connecting with specialist suppliers.

📢 The key message from the conference: to achieve sustained, long-term success, an organisation must place employee health and wellbeing at the heart of its strategy.

🚺 Women represent almost half of the UK workforce, yet many organisations still lack adequate support systems for female professionals navigating health challenges through different life stages, such as pregnancy, perimenopause, or menopause. This can affect not only women’s careers and wellbeing but also have a significant impact on the retention and engagement of female employees.
