Team Adrenaline’s Bryony is at the national training camp in Lilleshall this weekend as she continues her preparations to represent Great Britain at the WAKO Youth World Championships later this year! 🇬🇧

Bryony heads into camp in fantastic form after taking Gold at the GB Grand Slam last weekend. Her progress has been brilliant to watch, and she continues to improve week after week thanks to the hard work, commitment and focus she puts into every training session.

🥋 A Fantastic Day at the GB Grand Slam! 🏆

As Chief Instructor and Head Coach, I couldn’t be prouder of our team after a brilliant day in Crawley.

Many of our martial arts athletes stepped onto the competition mats for the very first time this weekend, and every one of them showed fantastic courage, effort and attitude.

Together, the team achieved an outstanding medal haul:

🥇 5 Golds
🥈 8 Silvers
🥉 10 Bronzes

Medals are always a great reward, but what impressed me most was the way our athletes conducted themselves, supported one another and represented Adrenaline throughout the day.

A huge personal thank you to our team manager, Gina, and our coaches James, Pete and Ollie, who did an exceptional job supporting and guiding the team all day.

I’d also like to thank our army of Adrenaline supporters. Your encouragement, energy and team spirit made a real difference.

Well done to every athlete who stepped onto the mats. You should all be incredibly proud of yourselves.
