With Cambridge heading into peak cycling, running and triathlon season, I’m seeing a lot of people trying to train through injuries in the hope they’ll “just go away”.
Whether you’re preparing for a 10k, marathon, triathlon, cycling sportive, Hyrox event, or simply trying to stay active, persistent pain is often a sign that something needs addressing rather than ignoring.
Some of the most common issues I see include:

🏃 Achilles and calf injuries

🏋️ Gym and strength training injuries
