🍂🍁 HELLO AUTUMN 🍁🍂 The colder seasons are upon us and we are ready for them, we took a wonderful Autumn walk into our stunning nature space & enjoyed some hot water with honey and lemon 🍋 ready to tackle the winter colds

🌿 How lucky are our children 🌿

They have open fields and beautiful surroundings of nature right on our doorstep and they get to enjoy it every single day. 🤎

Muddy puddle jumping, blackberry picking, digging in the mud, hunting for worms, collecting sticks, watching bugs and simply getting stuck into the great outdoors. 🪱🫐🌧️🌱

And it’s not just the fields and woods around us. We are surrounded by horses, geese, fish and natural wild life animals. The children will often see rabbits, deers and squirrels giving the children endless opportunities to observe, wonder and learn about the natural world around them. 🐴🪿🐟🦌

These moments might look like simple play, but they are so much more than that. They’re building confidence, curiosity, resilience and independence. They’re developing language, problem-solving skills, coordination and an understanding of the natural world all while having the freedom to explore, get messy and follow their own interests.

There’s something so special about children being able to learn outdoors in the fresh air, muddy knees, curious minds and the freedom to discover. 🥰

🍂 **A little look at what we’ve been getting up to at nursery!** 🍂

Our recent weeks have been full of exploring, creating, getting messy and having lots of fun! 🌿✨

🌳 **Forest sessions** – making mud pies, clay modelling, practising our balancing skills and keeping our eyes peeled for tractors! 🚜

🎨 **Messy play** – lots of opportunities to explore, experiment and get stuck in.

🍓 **Smoothie making** – the children have been encouraged to choose their own fruits and practise cutting them up before blending their delicious creations. 🍌🍓🍎

🧘 **Yoga** – taking some time to stretch, move and relax together.

🐛 **Little Wiggles sessions** – enjoying lots of movement, music and fun.

And as the seasons begin to change, our nursery is starting to feel wonderfully **cosy and autumnal**. 🍁🧡

We’re loving watching the children learn, explore and grow through all these lovely experiences!

🌿🚜 There’s something truly special about our nursery setting… 🚜🌿

Surrounded by wide-open fields, tractors, and the beauty of the countryside, our children get to experience a little bit of magic every day. 💚

From watching the tractors busy at work to exploring the great outdoors and enjoying the changing seasons, our setting gives children the perfect opportunity to connect with nature, learn through real-life experiences, and simply enjoy being outside. 🌾🐄☀️

We feel so lucky to have such a stunning backdrop to our nursery — where little minds can grow, imaginations can flourish, and every day brings a new adventure. 💫

✨ Fresh Space, Fresh Ideas! ✨
We’ve been busy giving our preschool room a little refresh! 🧸🎨 By moving things around, changing up our learning areas and introducing some new resources, we’re creating a space that feels fresh, exciting and full of new possibilities.
We love keeping our environment flexible and engaging so the children can explore, discover and learn in new ways. 🌱💛
Sometimes, a simple change of layout can inspire a whole new adventure! ✨

A small glimps of our Baby room, the cosiest little space in our converted barn 🧸🍯✨

With beautiful high ceilings, original beams and gentle soft wall lighting, it has such a warm and welcoming feel. Our Winnie the Pooh theme adds an extra touch of childhood magic, with cuddly friends, natural wooden toys and cosy spaces made for little imaginations to explore.

A calm, comforting space where babies can feel safe, relaxed and right at home. 💛🐻🌿
