But our time with God does not end when Sunday’s service finishes.
This evening, we gather again for Bible Study. It is an opportunity to open the Scriptures, learn together and consider how God’s Word speaks into our everyday lives.

🙏 Tomorrow, we gather to conclude our Mid-Year Fast in the presence of God.

Come with faith, an open heart and a readiness to seek God as we gather in unity, trusting Him for spiritual renewal and a fresh outpouring of His presence.

This will be a precious opportunity to draw near to God, seek Him with open hearts and make room for spiritual renewal.

As Scripture reminds us:

‘Draw near to God and He will draw near to you.’

Today, we honour the fathers and father figures whose faithful love has been seen in sacrifice, felt in presence, and valued in ways words can hardly hold.

Fatherhood is a sacred calling. At its best, it gives us glimpses of God’s protection, patience, wisdom, provision, and grace. Whether called Dad, Daddy, Papa, Father, Mentor, Guardian, Uncle, or Spiritual Father, we celebrate the men who have chosen to lead with love, serve with humility, and leave a legacy of faith.

To every father, grandfather, stepfather, guardian, mentor, spiritual father, and every man standing faithfully in someone’s life, RCCG City of David Cambridge honours you today. Thank you for the prayers whispered in private, the strength carried silently, the guidance given patiently, and the love shown consistently.

We also hold space for those for whom Father’s Day feels tender. May the comfort of our Heavenly Father meet you gently today.🙏

What a beautiful time in God’s presence yesterday at our Thanksgiving Service at RCCG City of David.

Hearts were lifted.
Voices were raised.
Prayers were poured out.
And together, we gave thanks to the One who has been faithful through every season.

We are grateful for His mercy, His love, His protection, His provision, and the gift of gathering as one family in worship.

Lord, we say thank You. 🙏
