Let me tell you all about the beautiful goody bags for my upcoming Wrapped in Rhythm workshops, co-created with artist and wild crafter Jessin . A card that symbolises transformation, perfectly matching the ritual, and 2 beautiful mini aura sprays, lovingly crafted, also complimenting the ritual perfectly, one designed for grounding and protection the other for opening the heart. One space left in next weekend’s training and 2 spaces in November. Link in Bio or DM me with any questions

I loved running workshops at The Big Retreat Festival so much that I want to do more next year

They have already invited me return to Wales and Cambridge.

I’m toying with going to Buddhafield too.

Which other festivals would fit my wrapping and drumming workshop and drum circles?

And drumming festival veterans, what are your top tips for storage and transport of large amount of drums ( and in my case rebozos) at festivals?

Another short clip from the big drum circle I led at this week end. We sung as well as drummed and it was really special. I received amazing feedback and I’ve been invited to the next festival in Pembrokeshire in 2027.

Day 2 at the big retreat festival. I attended an inspiring talk by Siobhan aka retirement rebel, I swam in the lake, followed by attending workshops on harmony singing, family constellation, and rhythm reset dance.
I led a drum circle which was attended by about 100 people ( I was a bit freaked out at fjrst but the numbers, but it went amazingly, with powerful drumming, energy, and singing. People were delighted and so was I.

I taught a wrapping and drumming workshop with Joyce Harper Owner: Sanije Paljevic festival today. My first ever festival workshop. It went really well and was very popular (we had to turn people away). I want to do more festivals next year and I will run my own women drumming and wrapping retreat too. Today at 6h30 I’m running a drum circle in the feel good tipi. ⛺️ 🥁
