Too hot for my usual alpaca blanket today so I used a colourful India handprinted cotton sheet instead to wrap my client over the rebozos.

This is something I love to add to my wrapped in rhythm treatments as it adds to the feeling of being cocooned.

I stumbled upon the deliciousness that is tea made by mixing fresh mint and fresh mugwort. If you have not tried that do, you will thank me later.

Also I made fresh fig leaves syrup. It tastes like a mix of vanilla and coconut and is delicious served with sparkling water.

Making things from foraged plants makes me happy 😃
