Face-to-face training | Complete GC and GC-MS | 16th - 20th November 2026 | at The Open University, Milton Keynes | Taught by Diane C. Turner PhD CChem FRSC
“Each section explained in a detailed way. Very interesting to see different techniques more than normal and basic setting. It gave me a broader view to consider other options to be applied on my application. The most useful was understanding the flow of the whole process. It was first course and it was amazing”’ Chemist, 2026

We delivered our expert-led Hands-on GC and GC-MS course at the University of Southampton for the first time in June 2026.
Welcomed at the School of Chemistry & Chemical Engineering at the University of Southampton, Prof Geraint (Taff) Morgan stated “Delighted to have re-engaged with Diane and the Anthias team again, in my new home. In my view, the Anthias courses provide delegates with the most in depth theoretical and practical training available anywhere in the UK, whether they are from academia or industry. The knowledge and skills taught are fundamental to getting the best out of any GC-MS system, so much so that I proactively enroll my staff and students on them to the long-term benefit of my research group.”
Taught by senior consultant and director of Anthias, Dr Diane C. Turner PhD CChem FRSC, who has 27+ years’ experience in the field of GC and GC-MS, has said: “Having known and collaborated with Taff since 2004 it is so good to work with him again in his new home. We were all very much welcomed and looked after by the friendly department which has excellent facilities and a very positive and vibrant culture. I very much look forward to our next course there.”
